Blu-Ray edition advertised as 'Unrated', but features the R-Rated Cut?!?

I just bought the allegedly "Unrated" Blu-Ray release of Feast, and I'm so annoyed. The case is labeled "Unrated." The disc is labeled "Unrated." Yet, it doesn't feature the Unrated Cut. It features the R-Rated cut.

Seriously?

Why would they do that? If I buy the Unrated Cut, I want the Unrated Cut. (I even checked all of the menus, thinking that maybe the disc features both versions. Nope. No option to switch to the Unrated Cut.) That's false advertising. (Which is illegal in most places.) I know it's only a few seconds worth of differences, but the scenes that were edited are the craziest scenes in the film. (The child's severed foot and the infamous Harley Mom "Spit" scene.) And with this sort-of film, you want to see all the crazy stuff, since that's kind of the point.

And FURTHERMORE, this is my signature! SERIOUSLY! Did you think I was still talking about my point?

Did you ever follow up on this, send out a couple emails and try to find out why?

To this day I haven't really found out why. :(
