Lol, I couldn't believe he said that.
It's a quote at the beginning of mission 12 in a cutscene by Joker/Jester.
by "thick shaft" he's actually referring to an underground tunnel leading towards the tower, but it was obvious what kind of other 'shaft' he was alluding to.
I didn't mind it, but gotta say that quote took me by surprise though.
My sister was surprised they managed to slip it passed the sensors.

actually there were a few other "hidden" sexual references in that game. I kinda found it rather cool.
for example I always thought there were a few possible sexual references in the way some of the tunnels and openings looked like in mission 8.
Sexual imagery is neither here nor there though. It's too interpretative usually.
Though the scene's in the sunken Opera House though were also a little racey considering.
