Def Jam on PSP

I'm thinking about getting a PSP and I wanted to ask something...

I read somewhere that Def Jam Fight For NY on PSP is not
just a PSP-copy of the game but it also has a different story mode. Can anyone confirm this?
If it is true please don't give me spoilers just give me a yes or no.
Unless of course the new story line is wack, or the story has been altered so little that it doesn't make any difference, in which case I of course would appreciate a warning
