At the first level when you hit the fox holes at the start you see a private pulled away because he;s got hit. I pointed at him and saw his name called Pvt. Martin, the guy name who you played in the original first COD. It wears also clothes that Lieutenants wear.
So, is this Martin of the first COD?
Nah, it says Matrin. But it may be typo or an obscure reference. Who knows?

Probably. In COD2, Captain Price from COD is fighting with you in Africa. Also in COD2, as a Russian, you play a guy named Vassili, which is the name of one of your comrades in UO. Major Ingram from COD was the SAS captain fighting with the Dutch resistance in UO. All of the games are interconnected like that. Also, Sgt. Moody fights with you at the Battle of the Bulge. I'm pretty sure he was in COD. That's all the crossovers that I've noticed, but there could be more.
shareIt cant be Martin because the date that shows up is around December 1944. Yet In COD you play Martin and the date is January 1945. Martin did NOT die in 1944.
