There is only one real reason for there being no Sgt Slaughter, Three words:
Politically Correct Bullsh*t!
Or PCB for short.
Sooner or later the day comes when you can no longer hide from the things you`ve done.
Actually the biggest reason for no Sgt Slaughter is that he is currently under contract with the WWE and at the time this film / toyline was made the WWE's toyline was handled by Jaxx Pacific and not Hasbro. I'm hoping someday in the near future this situation will change and Hasbro will be able to revive Slaughter's Joe character in some form.
