I think it's episode 3, maybe 4 when Pat is having her "going to Canberra" party, the morning before you can clearly see the dolphin thing she gets as a present later that evening sitting on the counter.

I don't know if that's supposed to imply that Terry just gave her something she already owned as a present or what. But yeah...that's something I noticed.
