I know this is a late reply, but I, too, was initially confused by the mention of her. I didn't remember her from any of the performances. But I eventually did spot her in a couple of scenes, particularly when they do the prayer circle, and she's spotted hanging out in the crowd right behind the stage.
I'm not sure if she actually performed and we just didn't get a chance to see nor hear it. I was not in attendance in Bedstuy.
