Question about Chappelles Show?

I have the season 1 & 2 DVD's and I am looking for the sketch where it compares how a black and white man are treated in court. They switch the roles so the black guy is being treated nicely and the white guy is being treated badly and they raid his house and shoot his dog, or something like that. Cant seem to find it on either DVD. Can you please help me with which season/disc and episode these skits will be on.

Another one I am looking for is when Chappelle goes for a hair cut and they see on tv that he is very rich and ask him to pay more for his hair cut.

I dont remember which season where the court is but i also have the dvds abd i know it there, and the barber one is in the lost episodes.
