Patient - Nurse connection

It's both in real life and portrayed in the movies relationships that become realy good friends or love comes about. They fell in love and they also were close to loosing each other. Aparently his son was in a sliver in his heart waking him up and he finaly accepts his loss and his son told him to go back (not die). I loved the story of their relationship (even makes me think of will they be together in the future).
