Where was Nick Frost, and what was with the high-pitched TV voice?

I know he and Pegg aren't Siamese Twins or anything, but where was his part? I mean, in Pegg's work (SotD, HF and Spaced) Frost played major roles. And still, in a lot of related works, the British comedians always make cameos in each others' films. The scene in SotD when the two groups of survivors pass each other was cameofilled... some good ones in this movie. (I especially liked David Walliams and the Little Britain shop scenes reference - I was the only one laughing at that) But where was Frost?

Also... At the end of the race, what was with the really high-pitched TV guy? "Blah blah, and he has a son? Did you know he had a son?" If they had taken that somewhere it might've been funny, but the put-on voice kinda made it all 'wtf?'

Thanks for any help in advance!

OP, you're an idiot, no offence. SotD, HF and Spaced are made by the comic duo, Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg.. This had NOTHING to do with Edgar Wright. Edgar Wright is the writer and director of those films, and Simon Pegg is just a co-writer, like this film, Simon Co-wrote but not with Edgar Wright, but with Micheal Ian Black. The director on the other hand was David Schwimmer, that neurotic guy from Friends.
As for the high pitch guy at the end... That I have no idea... Maybe it was just put in there to see if anyone notices it. It's just one of the many mysteries of the world that should maybe be left unsolved...

WHY SO SERIOUS?

Dylan Moran? He's an english comedian, he has NOTHING to do with Edgar Wright. You may as well say, "hey, Micheal Keaton and Danny DeVito were both in Batman Returns, but where the hell was Peter Boyle from Johnny Dangerously?" They were cast for the role, and are working together again... So what? It means nothing.

Mate, Dylan Moran is most definitely not an English comedian. In fact, he's one of the world's most Irish men. I really find it amazing - given that 36 million Americans claim Irish ancestry - how few seem to be able to distinguish a very broad Irish accent from an English one.....
(and I'm English by the way - if you think I'm being hard on you - wait till someone Irish reads your post!)

And on the general point - I think we should be thankful that he was in the movie, rather than Nick Frost. Don't get me wrong - Nick's a funny guy, but Dylan Moran is just that bit funnier.....

Sorry, my bad. I've only seen one Dylan Moran act. My point is that the fact that they were working together had nothing to do with anything besides casting.

AND *beep* YOU FOR CALLING ME AMERICAN! I'm English Australian myself, I just don't watch much stand-up outside of Ricky Gervais.
