Why are there only 67 votes on this movie?

So I saw a trailer of this movie on the terrible "Submerged" with Steven Segal my brother rented. I liked the trailer, but seeing trailers usually only get the best out of movies I was still sceptic about this movie.

But I loved it, it reminded me of the tv series "Oz", but wether or not this is a good movie or not is besides the point. I was wondering why nobody has seen this movie yet? I live in Belgium and it's hardly the movie-capital of the world for releases and stuff, so I figured in america it should be out for several months now?

I've just watched it now and i have to say it's one of the best films i've ever seen, makes you sit and think. Another shawshank in my eyes

i bouth this movie from Ebay and it arrived today, so i still can't say anything about it...i'll do, this i promise! i'm so cuorious 'bout it because everybody talk good, you too!!

IT IS WONDERFUL! i watched it 3 times in two days...wow!!!

Josè is wonderful, but i liked Daniel Louis "Pretty" Rivera, too! they are very good actors, i hope they become very famous soon!

I liked this movie. I wonder why nobody else says anything about it....... All in all it was a nice role for D.L. Hughley although Pretty seemed a little on the fruit side to me.

I too think this was a wonderful acting job by D.L., and I remember when they were shooting it and, on one of the entertainment evening shows, it was mentioned as something serious for the "funny-man D.L. Hugley." That's one thing I can say though -- we Pisceans have depth.

yeah at first I was sorta annoyed by the style they were using, but in the end it all made sense and it's indeed a great movie 'though Iv don't like this typical 'good guy dies by accident' and because of his death the academy continues...that's where this realistic movie got a hollywood ending...but anyway: fantastic build-up up to that point

Most people have never even heard of it...When I worked on it as an extra (prison guard) it was called "RIKERS". I didn't even find it until last year under this title.
