Hammer to the head

When watching the scene where Milo hammers the two guys heads, I clearly thought to myself "He should check if they're dead, head traumas are often non-fatal, and he only hit the second guy once or twice".

Later in the movie when he started moving while being dragged... lovely attention to detail!

I love how realistic these movies are!
