So what do you think happened to Little Mohammed? Was he left in the freezer? Butchered and in one of the garbage bags? Let go? I seriously doubt let go is the most likely of those options and I don't see why they would have left him in the freezer and not just kept right at it and slaughtered all three instead of having to deal with him later. But we never saw what happens to him? Why? Because it went without saying?

That´s a good question. I have no idea what happened to that guy, myself; if Milo *DID* let him live, i suppose he endured more degradation and humiliation. Little Mohammed was admittedly out of hand at times, but Milo didn´t deal straight with him either (At the beginning, when L.M. is given 5,000 kroner less than what he was promised). If and when Pusher 4 is released, i guess we´ll find out...

Little Mohammed is dead, he was left in a freezer, with minus celsius degrees.

Even a locked freezer could likely be kicked open from the inside... though it looked cramped, he may not have been able to get into a position to brace himself to kick the freezer door.
