It was a good concept, execution was mediocre. It felt like this would have made a better short film. A lot of the movie was totally unnecessary, and just served up portraying Tim Robbins' anger towards the noise as a metaphor for his sexuality.

Overall, pieces of it were entertaining, but on the whole I didn't find it to be all that special.
