Noise of BARKING DOGS not addressed?

Barking dogs is among the top of the most annoying sounds, and harmfful too....
Despite how relatively easy is to teach any dog to stay quiet, there are tons of cases of barking dogs disturbing the right to the people to have a good sleep, or to listen to their favorite movie or music without interruption...

Do you think the producers/directors were interested part in this issue (they have dogs on their own)?

They covered a lot of ground. I guess they didn't want to get the animal lovers against them.

One of the many flaws of this movie was trying to address too much while the balance of entertainment and propaganda slanted further away from entertainment. Still, yeah -- they could have included some funny barking dog scenes.

But what could have been a worse cliche in a black comedy than the main character killing a dog for laughs?

I don't think it's as much of an issue when you're living in apt building in city
