Pretty much the same plot, same him-cheating-on-her, her having a split personality and killing everyone..
Which is why I knew it was her ten minutes after the first phone call(;

However...
He didn't SPOIL the movie in the subject line (I've seen others that have done that) and out of curiosity, if you're reading a thread called "This movie is JUST like..." don't you think it might be a bit of a spoiler and tell you a bit about the movie? Ya think?
