So how did Joe (the killer) knew that she killed her boyfriend ?

"IT'S EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU NOT ME. IF U NEED MY HELP CALL ME."

That's what Joe said at the end when it was revealed she killed her boyfriend but how joe found out ?

reply

jo is in her head, he is her "ID", her primal force (when the cop took the phone from her, there was no one there)

In creative writing class, students get detention for writing "it was all a dream" endings.

it wasn't "all a dream." She had a split personality. It was like her ID, the part of her brain that held all of her primal urges took form in this killer, Joe. It seemed like that was the alternate reality that she created in her mind to cope with the fact that she murdered her boyfriend and the girl he was cheating with.

This is what I meant. "All a dream" was not meant to be taken literally. In her head, a dream, a delusion, it's all the same and a waste of my time.

Since the title of the thread was written by someone who didn't understand one thing about what happened in the movie it doesn't spoil anything !
