3.8??????? + my 2 cents

I cannot believe the rating on IMDb for this film. I didn't expect it to be very high, because it's more than just a B movie/horror. There's no blood and guts and slashing. But what it leaves to the imagination truly is horrific.

However, nothing prepared me for SUCH a low rating. The acting was all excellent. The plot was unique and very interesting. The dialogue was completely without cheesy one-liners. (Other than where the teacher said, "God isn't a DJ. Life isn't a dance floor. And something else....) Still, this movie was deep and thought-provoking. I just KNOW that if they had actually shown all the scenes of Hyde's acts of violence and cruelty, this film would have been a box-office hit. Still, I think it deserves much much much MORE!!
