I just saw it on the Lifetime channel.

Joey,

If you have Comcast, you can see it On Demand. I just saw it last night. Go to "Free Movies" then click on LMN and look for, "Deadly Encounter." It will be available until July 2013. Hope this message finds you.

Yes...he was a crazy man. Isn't this every person's nightmare? To offend the wrong person, and have that person be a total psycho? Isn't this why people live in fear, and would rather smile and say nothing and tolerate bad treatment and injustice, rather than to play the part of a "victim" in some weirdo's private world of tyranny? Otherwise, people would be cutting people off all the time, and stealing parking spaces and thumbing their noses at strangers. We don't, because there are actually people out there like this. This movie just played it up, that's all. I thought it was entertaining, although I did have quibbles with her not asking the cops (or them not offering) to put a "trap" on her phone, or blowing up a car by shooting it with a pistol. Other than that, pretty decent!

Yup. Stupid.

Never gives a reason for it either, other than "because he can." It had potential, but turned out to be just ridiculous.

If it had been a guy who cut him off he wouldn't have stalked him. The most predictable part of the movie was when she looked at the underwear in the store and next thing the stalker has brought it for her and left it on the bed gift wrapped. So obvious that was going to happen.

At one point, the husband tells her that the stalker is "probably just a kid with too much time on his hands." But it turns out to be a real psycho with too much time on his hands.
