What happens in the last twenty minutes?

Just rented this on DVD but a fault on the disc meant that it refused to play after 1 hour and 10 minutes - I reached up to the scene where he plays the tiny piano and goes into a nearby toilet, but after that I could get no further. Could anybody out there please let me know what happened next, and how it ended?
