I only watched part of this film, but the piano piece played by Ulrich when Andrea peeps through the door during the preformance and later leaves a bow tie at the bottom of the stairs is:
- J S Bach BWV 1056/2nd movement
type in "BWV 1056" in amazon, and a number of interpretations will be be available, for example: "Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 5 in F minor, BWV 1056/II. Largo"

that's the only one I can help you with as I did not watch the rest of the film.

I submitted an update to the soundtrack section, and included the names of the pianists, so if you're looking to track down a specific pianist, the soundtrack section will soon list it. It was just too messy to list here, because several pieces of music are performed multiple times by multiple pianists. For example, four different recordings of BWV 1056: II, Largo appear in the film, performed by three different pianists.
