Banned Episode?

Anyone remember the name of the banned episode, or better yet, if it's available at youtube, about the 2 cops who died in a high-speed chase? I think it involved people driving without the lights on. Maybe it was called Speed or something.

Rodge also said something like he should have the freedom to to drive completely naked over the speed-bumps in the church parking lot on a Sunday, letting his tackle hit off his belly.

I haven't seen any recent episodes, but this was definitely one of the best episodes they did. RTE banned it because 2 real Guards got killed in a high-speed chase within a day or two of that episode's screening.
