Who played the fidgety guy in the interview?

I was watching the show and they interviewed a guy whose name might have been Rory? They found 4 1/2 kilos of drugs in his frig. Anyone know the name of the actor? I think he seemed familiar, but can't think why. He was not listed on this site under guest appearances for tonight. If you know I would be relieved to see if he is someone I've seen elsewhere.
