Any NYers catch that error?

Ok, so the R train does stop in Astoria...but only about two stops...which it shares with the V/G. The main line in Astoria is the N train. So when whatsherface asked blindguy (still gettin used to names...heehee)what train goes to Astoria, she should have said the N train.

Actually no, until 1986 the N train ran to Forest Hills and the R (then known as the RR) train did run to Astoria. Then the two lines were switched.

And this show takes place today. Bit lacking in their research, huh?

Hey, guys, this board is for those of us who appreciate and support "Blind Justice," not "Starsky and Hutch." You're welcome to say what you want, of course -- rules of the game, free country, etc. -- but do know that snarky, short-sighted comments really are not appreciated!

PS. Point of fact: there are a number of disabled on the NYPD, including blind, although none of them work in the field. But if you've watched "Blind Justice" with an open mind, you'd know that the skepticism is addressed directly and persuasively. Yeah, the "high concept" may sound hinky, but the writers, producers and actors make it work.
