In the takagi building after coming back out of thekitchen and talking with the girl in the freezer...head towards the elevator again and down the stairs where you saw Takagi run up them to go upstairs. Wait by the side killing yakuza until the green yakuza commando comes down and grab him, using him as a shield.

The other Yakuza will continue to respawn. Kill them as they come down the stairs for infinite points. As long as you've got the green commando as a shield he won't respawn. If your shield gets killed take out the other yakuza until the commando respawns and grab him as a shield again. Be careful if you want to interrogate if your not quick enough or pick bad timing the respawning yakuza will shoot you screwing up your "score multiplier".

When you get all the points you want head up the stairs and kill the 3 white commando's that pop out of the elevator.

I've got better solution. Right after you go to Takagi's room and kill him (remember, with a sword!), grab the weapons from geishas and stand near the wall (the one with main entrance to the room), facing the small door. In this position, you will have the main entrance to the room on your left, but you will not be seen by respawning enemies. Now switch to targetting move - point and wait. Every thug going inside the room will be very easy to shoot at - most of them first open the door and lure inside, which makes them extremally easy to get shot in the heads. Multiply and watch points grow. That's it.
