In 2 movies we have seen Randal harrasment over a Lotr fanboy, transformars and etc. I wonder if there is a 3rd Movie what Randal Has to say about Twilight and Harry Potter.

Doubtful, Kevin Smith's daughter is a massive Twilight fan and he even said at the premiere for New Moon he doesn't intend to rip on the franchise in any of his movies.
