I like brunettes way better than blondes myself, but the contrast of the dark eyebrows and blonde hair was great. Eyebrows reminded me of Jennifer Connelly's.

I agree that the eyebrow versus blonde hair contrast was nice. I was also struck by her resemblance to Jennifer Connelly, even some mannerisms, like the downward glance with the corners of the mouth smile.
shareContrary to popular belief, dark eyebrows with blonde hair IS a natural occurance! It's a Scandinavian trait and is very sexy. Natural blondes with dark eyebrows do NOT have platinum blonde hair, it's more of a dirty/natural blonde tone.

And in the movie, Vahina seems younger than 23, she looks like 18...
there are 16 year olds that look older than she did in this movie... and another thing, look at alison lohman and her role in matchstick men... would you have believed that she was 23?

I just thought that when she said her Aunt said she was like a lighthouse that there was no possible way anyone would believe she is a natural blond. By the way, the whole thing with her aunt was just plain creepy.

She was actually 23 and the actor that played Chimo was 25. In Marie Baie des Anges she was closer to 14.

I don't recall her or anyone else for that matter giving her age in the film bit I might be wrong, if anyone would like to give me the time of it. Seem to recall that Chimo was suppose to be 19 and thought he got away with it.
