For making a documentary that lets the soldiers speak freely. People b*tch about sloppy editing, lack of focus, blah blah. Thats the point, Gunner Palace has humanity, it's not some Hollywood-biased or Government-biased crap. Kind of like Tough Crowd w/ Colin Quinn, it's rough, unkempt, and honest.

Not everybody likes Gunner Palace. Good. "If everyone is thinking the same, then someone isn't thinking": General George S. Patton. Gunner palace doesn't answer people's questions. Good. It lets the audience take from it what they want.
