Unanswered Questions in the movie?

There are some things and questions in the movie that I did not understand?

1.Who told the Toad's henchrats on the mobile? I think it could be Sid or Rita's brother?

2.The Toad's age it just strange that the toads is like over 40 somethink old! and I don't think that toads live that long! but I know its a cartoon ;)

3.If the Toad had so many tadpoles then was their ever going to be like a Mrs Toad or somethink I kind of find it hard and an animal warm or cold blooded could like love the Toad?
