...get so fired up over these comedians? I'm doing research and I've looked all over the boards for the Blue Collar stuff and Larry and Jeff and it looks like everybody's bashing everybody else - north/south, city/country, rednecks/yankees. I've looked on boards for other stuff and this kind of bashing don't seem to be going on there. Is there some kind of redneck revolution going on that I don't know about thats making non-rednecks panic? Whats the deal with all this?

btw - I haven't meant to offend anybody so if I have then sorry :)

The North/South redneck/non-redneck city/country thing has been happening in the USA since before the Civil War (19th century).
But really these things are all just ad-hominems for people who like or dislike Larry the Cable Guy.

Well according to Jeff Foxworthy, redneck is just a glorious absence of sophistication, some of us are guilty of it part time, some of us are guilty of it fulltime, and if we're not, we have relatives who are.
