To whomever wrote the review or whomever knows, how can I get this movie on vhs or anything else, I would really like to see it, Townes is one of my favorite musicians.

I second that, Serling2389 - TVZ is without a doubt my most favorite lyricist - and damn, lyrics are the hardest part of songwriting.
Anyway, I cannot wait until december to get this! Its coming out 3 days before my birthday, too!

You mention it coming out in December. I have been waiting since last summer for it to come out! Can you let me know the full details of its release? I'm in Scotland so it would be good if you could let know when the British release is (if you know and if there is one. I've looked up the TVZ sites but I can't seem to find an exact release date!

I don't know the exact details of the movies' release date. I google'd 'be here to love me' and came up with this link on yahoo movies:

i remember reading somewhere on Imdb that the movie will have a limited release in the US, and then will be available on dvd. Maybe it will become available on dvd sometime spring '06. If i learn anything new, i'll let ya know.

Yeah, I'd recommend Heartworn Highways, too. I think you can find it at villagerecords.com or at Towne's official website. You can find that with a quick google.

The film has been picked up by Palm Pictures and will hit theaters starting Dec. 2, 2005. DVD release is set for early 2006. Check out the film's website at http://www.townesthemovie.com for upcoming screening dates and more info. Also check out the great posters available for purchase on the site.
