A 'What if' Scenario
If they were to make a TVZ biopic, who would you cast? I know this topic could very well start a sh*tstorm, but hear me out. It's possible to make a good music biopic. They don't have to be cliched like Ray or Walk the Line. If they made a TVZ biopic, it could be done well if modeled after something like Control, the movie about Ian Curtis.
As for my cast, I don't know. Who has the skinny cowboy charm that TVZ had? Maybe, maybe James Franco. He kinda has a TVZ smile, but even he's kinda a stretch. I guess a no-name would be ideal.
If Philip Seymour Hoffman shed a few pounds I could see him as Guy Clarke.
