Sorry if this is ultra obvious as I think I missed some important parts. There was a camera that was mostly behind the XXX screen divider. At one the groom goes to see who that was. Was that Pack? Perhaps in his never-will-return self? Not sure why Pack would find it necessary to record the whole thing on camera.

When is it revealed that one of the Packs is staying?

It is revealed during the closing credits as the camera is recording the entire time till Pack leaves.

The reason for recording certain things in these "found-footage"-type movies are often without much logic, it is just for the benefit of us, the audience, to help us piece together the film.
