I like Gibson's accent!

When I first watched this show,I was pleasantly surprised that one of the main characters,Gibson,was given an English accent.
In my opinion,every show should try to have a main character who speaks with a "non-American" accent AND isn't a bad guy (or gal).

Anyone else think the same way?

BTW,is it just me,or does Gibson sound like Eric Idle?Incidentally,Eric has
guest-starred in a few episodes of this show (as Scrapperton).
