Totally Confused!
Sorry if this sounds idiotic but I was rewatching the dvds and wondered, how is Cassie even alive. It's said that Rachel McBain was the first of the Mendenham Witches and she did give birth to a daughter Ester. However Esther was killed as a child and Rachel went insane and never had another child. So where does Cassie's father come about? He is the only other McBain mentioned, but briefly.
