None of them look under 20. They all look to be 22-25. Roxanne looked 30.
They get given so much independence. They're all of drinking and at nightclubs and having sex in abandoned buildings. And yet their classes are like high school.
WTF is year 13
Year 13 is 17/18. They are in 'high school'.
Anyway, it happens all the time. It's also a long dead programme. Why are you criticising it now when the only people who will probably come on these forums are people that enjoy it for sentimental value?

Roxanne looked that old because she was around 27 playing a 17 year old!
Also alot of people in England (and around the world) Have sex and drink before they are 17.
Year 13 is basicaly a sixth form.
i.e Primary school you have reception-year 6
High school you have year 7-12 (But some high schools have a sixth form which then makes it go up to year 14.
Or you can skip sixth form and go to college, In the case the whole yea 13,14 thing is dropped.
The drinking age in the UK is 18 and it's not so rigidly enforced, most kids that age in the UK would be out drinking and clubbing, most start underage about, many at 15 or 16. And yes the characters all looked much older as they often do in these shows.
