Dr Statham's Alphabet Song

I recently wanted to show this song to a friend, but am coming up against a YouTube stonewall telling me that 'This video is not available in your country'. I am in the UK.

Google tells me that the particular scene in question is in episode 4 of series 1, but having watched that episode on YouTube, I can tell you it is not. However, I remember him singing part of it in the 'Ambulance dangling off the cliff' scene.

Also, I watched both series a while back on DVD and cannot remember actually seeing a Chinese takeaway scene (where he performs this song).

My question is three-fold:

1) Which episode is this scene in?

2) Was it cut from the UK DVD release for some odd reason?

3) Can someone out there provide me a link to this scene/song?
