The title says it all, what's her job supposed to be, she seems to be HR but isn't that Joanna's department? I'm confused.
shareNo, she's the liaison...not sure exactly, but it's apparently a pretty common (if not required) position in British hospitals--have read about them in books for years. My understanding is that they are supposed to deal more with rule and regulation infractions--stuff HR would never handle. What makes her so very very funny is how very very bad she is at the job.
