shareLol, But it is, unfortunately, cancelled. There's only one new episode left to be aired in the second season, then there are no more new episodes which will be made. Reruns will be aired most likely for a little while after that, but no third season will occur.
crazysilence (the person who provided the information on TV.com of this)was not trying to "piss the fans off," being that the person is a fan of the series as well. crazysilence even started some actions for fans to try and help save the series.
It was almost cancelled after season one, but the ratings on Toon Disney helped enough to provide a second season. However, the show has been struggling, for the most part, and simply isn't popular enough to gain a third season.
I've looked for indications of a third season and have found none. Answers.com holds a list of Disney Channel original series and next to Brandy & Mr. Whiskers it says "(cancelled) (ending after season 2)"
thats just *beep* stupid though
im sick and tired of good cartoon shows getting cancelled just because some damn teenage brat doesnt like cartoons, well tough *beep* on their part, the channel isnt only for teens and they need to get it through their damn head
god it just makes me mad, a *beep* show like kim possible lasted longer
this to me isnt fair, and if i have to, i'll start a petition against the shows i dont like just to get that *beep* cancelled
and the first show id target is life with derek, that isnt even a disney channel show and its stupid when people think it is

Register there, then go here: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/showinfo.cfm?showID=8870 to vote for it (i reccomend choosing the season set choice if any), and then pass it around to fans and forums for others to vote.

I think WE should make a peaceful petition to disney asking them
"is there any hope of bringing back brandy and mr whiskers, if cuoco should happen to get fired from her sitcom at cbs"
and plus given that doug was cancelled from nick and moved to disney
i think we should let disney return the "doug" favor, by letting nick run reruns of brandy and mr whiskers til disney decided to bring this show back with a new cast
