Who's doing the commentary with Will?

The 'Wake-Up, Ron Burgundy' disc has a "commentary" with someone who's played as a loser-type, who's ostensibly wondered into the studio, pretending to be an "exec producer" on the film. He and Will go back and forth concerning his (the loser's) dubious involvement with the film.

I don't know if this has been discussed on another board, but does anyone know who's playing the loser-producer part?
