Apparently El Cortez got a preliminary release in late March under the title "Three for the Devil".

The trailer looks terrible to me. It has the look of a straight to video release.

Any recent word on any wider release, or on a DVD release?

"EL CORTEZ" was originally titled "Three for the Devil." The title was changed during post production.
It will be out on DVD on March 27, 2007.
