Sandra Bullock. It doesn't sound exactly alike, but there are some similarities.

Miranda: Did you fall down and smack your little head on the pavement?
Andy: Not that I can recall

I don't think Sandra Bullock sounds any closer to Zooey Deschanel. Their voices aren't even alike. Sandra has more of a heavier tone than Zooey's.

So did I! I'm not in particular familiar with any actor's voice but when I tried to picture it I thought of Sandra Bullock.
