Logical ending

While watching this movie I was expecting an ending I never got.
Here it is:
The ghost knocks at judes door every night, right? What I was expecting was that they went and find Jude so he'd finally open the door. I don't know, makes sense to me. Also, why didn't he leave the house if it was so haunted?
I watched this movie because I'm filipino and now I've got a bad aftertaste of filipino movies, any recommandations would be great, to change my mind.

I think the ghosts were stuck there in that apartment complex, and remember- Jude had already moved away....Then again, the ghosts did follow Marvin and Pinky outside of the apartment, so Im not sure.......

He didn't leave the house because of his stupid pride. As for the Jude, what's the point? Since it is in a different time and they're already dead, it wouldn't matter. If Marvin had the power to go back in time, then sure, there would be a significance. I think they ended it that way to make room for a sequel.

The ghosts kept following him outside of the apartment, so it wasn't all about pride.

The only thing that didn't seem logical was, why did he confront the ghosts without any weapons, no nothing.

I'm not sure we can blame his *pride* for not moving out, money is the primary reason he didn't. He had invested so much into his apartment, I'm sure many of us (Filipinos) wouldn't be too hasty to just leave all that behind, after all, it's not like we're steeped in money & wealth, & finding jobs even w/ an undergraduate degree is not an easy task like it is for many Americans or Europeans seem to have/enjoy.

Although the US is having an economic crisis at the moment.
