Ashanti shouldn't play dorthy
She couldn't play a poor, pregnant girl in coach carter how is she going to pull this off by playing dorthy.

I completely agree. There was The Wiz. That's it. Leave it at that.
Ashanti isn't even talented either! I hate how there's so much hype around her...the second she came out she called herself "the princess of hip hop & R&B" which annoyed me because titles like that are earned you don't just automatically get it.
She sucks though she can't sing, or dance, or act.
They're only doing it to make it more "hip" because Disney knows that all kids like today is McDonalds and Spongebob and have no idea who the Muppetts are anymore (sadly) so they made it "hip" by adding Ashanti into it.
