Who's playing the Wicked Witch?

Sorry, I looked in the credits and couldnt find the credit ANYWHERE. I may have looked over it, but maybe I didn't. On the comercial it looked like Ashanti plays BOTh Dorothy and the Wicked Witch, but that'd be weird. SOme help please!
