what do you all think of Eric Jacobsen?

As someone who has an excellent ear for Muppet voices, I think Eric does a rather admirable job imitating Frank Oz as he voices Fozzie, Miss Piggy (and others).

I thought his Fozzie was practically indistinguishable from Oz's. His Miss Piggy was nearly there; every now and then, her lines were difficult to catch. To Eric's credit though, Miss Piggy is a rather challenging voice to do.

I can't help but wonder though if Oz will ever return to doing Muppet work.

I don't know the guy, never met 'm, sounds like an okay guy to me.

But I think he does a lousy job on both Fozzie and Miss Piggy.
Especially Fozzie, he sounds nothing like the original.

I think it's the fact that he's only imitating.
He needs to become the characters instead of imitate Frank Oz's characters.

Well, not that it matters to me.
With Disney taking over and Oz being gone, the muppets are dead to me.

I reckon he's terrific! I was scared the muppets would sound so different, but Eric Jacobsen sounded soooo similiar to Frank Oz, Miss. Piggy was great, the only thing that bothered me was Fozzie, he'll never be completel the same, but it was still pretty good!
