I don't know where to begin with that comment. I really hope that is sarcasm, but i guess your right i always apologize after killing millions of people, and people forgive me

and actually the joke about Jews buying German cars is very clever, as many Jews do drive BMW's and Mercedes' (jews are rich stereoytype) so by Hitler killing 6 million Jews he was killing many future customers to his car companies (Hitler drove Mercedes etc., he also started the VW company.

The OP clearly doesn't study history or follow the news. There were ex-Nazis in the German government for several decades after WWII, young fascists in Germany and elsewhere have called themselves Neo-Nazis for quite a few decades, and (some) Germans very discreetly hold celebrations on Hitler's birthday every year in Germany and other countries (including in the U.S.). Pres. Reagan, many Americans' hero, knowingly visited a SS graveyard during an official visit to Germany in the early 1980s. Someone else here noted that Volkswagen was the Nazi government-created car for the masses ("peoples car").

When I went off to college my Dad offered to buy me a car. I wanted a VW bus and he found a good deal on a newer model, but as a Jew and a WWII vet who had lost a large part of his family to the Nazis and their allies, he did a lot of soul searching before making that decision. Sarah Silverman raises a good question, and one that speaks to the ironies of history - and, by implication, hypocrisy.

The whole thing was as part of an informative joke with IRONY. Many in the UK as I suppose as in the US refused to BUY ANYTHING JAPANESE for some time. ut as with much time does go on and like grief for a deceased relative time heals. Most of this humour was telling us that Sarah was a self obsessed thicko. Truth is that a great amount of the humour was to make you think of course. Comedy has been used throughout the ages which the US does itself not have a great deal of experience. The JEW of course has a very long history to fall back upon. Mostly as they are hated by everyone. The world and its mistress have always hated those who are successful.

My only rant about the buying of the German car is that they cause a change in personality. The German at times does have a god given right to feel superior at times they have been know to be industrious hard working and clever. With the influx of so many from abroad to be part of that industry this ethos is no doubt being diluted. Perhaps again the ideology of blood dilution has been pondered. I find that in my neck of the woods the German car has a defective speedometer which reads a few mph lower than on my car and explains why they overtake me in the lower speed restriction zones. The drivers become arrogant, ignorant and feel a total ownership of the autobahns. I wonder if driving such they also feel to be an immediately improved drive. BUt so many are bought with the proceeds gained from the misery of others [drugs] and the need for speed if spotted.

I enjoyed Sarah as I do a few other females stand ups and I am so gad they are quite attractive. If they are nearly all Jewish then yah boo sucks they are funny. I miss Joan.
