Will not be released on a home viewing format

Heard from a couple of people, despite slight interest here and on a few sites, the film is having problems being released because of its short length(Less then 30 minutes). Most distributers find it not cost effective to be released. Maybe they'll try and put it on the internet somewhere. (also, it appears some of the facts aren't correct , largest one being that the guy they interviewed is the last living person involved with the film).
