So i was at my local blockbuster and me and my friend were browsing the horror section and we find this movie. Of course its going to get a second look because "EVEN BETTER THEN SHAUN OF THE DEAD!" so after looking at the whole blockbuster we settle on renting this. We pop it in and i feel alittle optimistic with one of many main characters talking about the other zombie movies, this optimstism didnt last long...for one thing i hate the poor attempt of trying to manic kevin smith dialogue with that whole worthless coke and pepsi *beep* and also that one guy thats trys to be like randal from clerks(oddly enough hes working at a video store) SO MANY WORTHLESS CHARACTERS that you dont care about and too much is going on

SUCH false advertisment!

I saw this movie last night on the Sci-Fi Channel. My opinion on it was... yes I can agree with you that the writing wasn't great, the acting was below awesome and the way the film was edited was some-what half assed BUT thats what made it kick ass. It's no Romero movie, of course, but I'm sure its not meant to be anyway. Its funny in an indie-film way. Even though I didn't like it, I enjoyed it. Hope that makes sense.

To me it seemed like someone gave a horror movie elitist a camera and $300 and told him to make a movie...
I found the plot slow, and the dialogue extremely heavy handed and pointless. I noticed that one of the directors was an actor in this, and though I don't remember anyone of the character names(except barbara! geewhiz no ones ever refrenced that before!)I am guessing that he was the videostore guy, as he seemed like such a "Becky Sue". Oh yeah, and the special effects were better in night of the living dead. which speaks volumes.

hahahahaha I watched that last night too.. I found the entire movie ridiculous but a good late night waste of time... one of those... not like you have anything better to do moments.

me and my friend watched this movie at 2 in the morning last night on sci-fi.
it's so messed up. haha. the filming is so fkn cheap and the acting is horrible. it was funny to watch though.

I definetly agree. It is an above average movie and a hell of alot better then average zombie flick (and it's one of my favorite genres).

I recommend it to true zombie fans.
