Question?

Please tell me what the twist is. It won't spoil the film and I'd really appreciate it and I'm still going to see the film no matter what but please tell me the twist. Also udar55 from wrote a review for the film and said that the director took a risk at the end of the film and it was somethign not every director would do, so if you could please tell me what was so risky, I'd also apreciate it.
